Dear members and supporters of BPUGTM,
We welcome you to join the 4th International BPUG Congress 2011. We are very pleased to announce that our Congress will be attended and supported by Mr. Jan Figel, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Transport, Construction and Regional Development of the Slovak Republic.
BPUGTM Slovensko (www.bpug.sk) has organised this event in Slovakia with BPUGTM UK (http://www.usergroup.org.uk ). This 2-day event is planned during Wednesday April 6th and Thursday 7th 2011 in Bratislava (capitol of Slovak Republic) and the main theme is "Achieving Business Success through Project Management”
The Congress program will focus to interactions between existing best practices and other theoretical views related to:
· Project management (mainly based on PRINCE2®)
· Change management (mainly based on CHAMPS2®)
· Program management (mainly based on MSP®)
· Building and Operations of project offices (mainly based on P3O®)
· Management of risks (mainly based on M_o_R®)
· Portfolio management (mainly based on MOP®)
· Management of Value (mainly based on MoV®)
The 4th International BPUG Congress is for the first being held outside the UK and will bring together project management experts from public and private organisations, sharing knowledge in the program topics and best practice experiences and how they impact on business success.
Remember, Slovakia is Central European tiger with GDP growth 4.2 percent.
